In 1998, I began teaching literature, writing, and critical thinking to high school students. For 14 years, I loved helping my students discover their potential. In 2005, I helped launch Journey Church, and have been a key leader in helping this nonprofit grow to over 300 engaged volunteers and over 650 in average attendance each week.  

I have an unwavering belief that confident people do the difficult work, rather than taking the easy way out. Focused teams do the most important work, rather than spinning their wheels on tasks. And productive teams do all of that together.
