In 1998, I began teaching literature, writing, and critical thinking to high school students. For 14 years, I loved helping my students discover their potential. In 2005, I helped launch Journey Church, and have been a key leader in helping this nonprofit grow to over 300 engaged volunteers and over 650 in average attendance each week.  

I have an unwavering belief that when people find clarity around their purpose and value at work, at home, or in the community, they become more productive. And, when they work with a team of people they trust, that team can change the direction of an entire community.
